An app that launched in Northeast Ohio on Monday is trying to make the hiring process better for job seekers and employers, while breaking down barriers that keep some people out of the workforce.
The UnifyWork app is flipping the hiring process. Instead of sending applicants to apply for jobs, the app tries to understand the person and sends them jobs that could be a good fit.
